Services Provided

 

 

TCWC offers mental health counseling and wellness services through licensed professionals. These services are not a substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric care. If you are experiencing a crisis, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.

 

 

 

Client Responsibilities

 

 

Clients are expected to:

 

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal and medical information.

• Participate actively and responsibly in therapeutic services.

• Refrain from using the website or services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Show Policy

 

 

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Failure to do so may result in a late cancellation or no-show fee, which is not billable to insurance.

Fees and Payments

 

 

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. Clients are responsible for understanding their insurance coverage and co-payment obligations.

Out-of-pocket payments, including those made without involving insurance, are governed by the Good Faith Estimate (GFE) guidelines under the No Surprises Act.
