Session Rates
Payment must be rendered at the time of the appointment. Accepted forms of payment include check, cash, HSA or credit/debit cards. A credit/debit card will be securely stored on file and charged either at the time of service or within the next two business days.

The following insurance carriers are accepted by the clinician. Copayments & deductibles are determined by your individual insurance provider.
